The room we booked was neat and featured a comfy bed. It was in easy walking distance to shops and offered a nice view. the service was exceptional, making the hotel a great place to stay. We also appreciated the complimentary ironing service.

Booked apartment, that included an ironing set, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set. We had a separate bedroom and kitchenette. It was in a great and lovely location close to golf courses and eateries.

We liked particularly good location.

The room was modern & beautifully maintained with an extra bed, electric blankets, as for instance. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were an advantage. Location : the hotel was close to the centre of village, New Zealand for over four years and all restaurants and shopping and other facilities: )

The staff at this hotel were really helpful, and its location is fantastic, right next to restaurants, shops, cafes.

Saints Cafe, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. We could easily get to wai ariki farm park and queen mary hospital was really close to the property. We liked aspen lodge motel so we would return there. Even the Kaikoura airport was not so far:)))

Aspen Lodge Motel Review. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay during the winter. the staff was efficient and very attentive. the room was well presented and well-appointed, offering a lovely view of the garden. Its perfect location allowed for easy walking distance to everything; it was all really good. I especially liked how close it was to various restaurants and shops, including several excellent dining options, all within the center of town.

Just a walk down to Mk Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Free Wi Fi is good...

I recently stayed at a lovely little hotel in a charming village. The owners were so helpful and friendly, always providing us with great information and updates on our mobile. The best part was that everything we needed was within walking distance, including the pools which were just a short walk away, and towels were even provided. The space, spa bath, and free video hire were all amazing, and the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of all the attractions. Plus, the owner was extremely likeable.

I had a lovely stay! The outdoor dining area was my favorite, perfect for breakfast. The room was colder than expected. I'd DEFINITELY return; just a bit less chilly next time!

Overall, it offered a comfortable, clean lodging at a reasonable price near (easy walking distance) to amenities and attractions, with friendly management, and some nice touches (free morning paper, 50-channel Sky TV, excellent DVD free collection, muffin treats).

Our apartment could have used one bureau as insufficient space for clothes (had to leave in suitcases).

Loved the friendly service and the special touches, homemade muffins, that made our stay really special.

Clean, spacious, and quiet motel. Owners are lovely and helpful. Ideal location, with shops and pools within walking distance. Amazing customer service from the receptionist. Comfortable and warm room with a good-sized bed.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to pools and shops. Comfortable bed and well-supplied kitchen. Excellent sky reception with a wide selection of DVDs. Towels provided for the Thermal Pool.

I made a mistake in booking the access unit , it was for a disabled couple and there was no seperate living area and not one cupboard , draw or case stand to unpack our clothes.
